- Provide technical support and training to customers/users about products.
- Managing the team and high-end customer queries.
- Assist the project team in implementation and on-boarding customers and users.
- A hands-on and persistent approach to solve all customer issues in the shortest possible time is required.
- Ensuring highest Customer Satisfaction through appropriate handling of Customer Complaints & Suggestions and resolving customer support queries via call or in-person meeting.
- Guiding & supporting clients for better utilization of services offered by the organization.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Coordinate with Business Development, Project Development and Project Delivery Teams to identify and deliver program objectives.
- Appropriate internal communication with Tech Dept, Sales, Marketing & the Management for query/ bug resolution
- Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil + MBA
- Problem solving attitude
- Good in English and Hindi communication (written and spoken)
- Knowledge & understanding in Real Estate/Construction Domain would be added value
Minimum Experience Required – 1.5 years
