Job Description

  • Provide technical support and training to customers/users about products. 
  • Managing the team and high-end customer queries. 
  • Assist the project team in implementation and on-boarding customers and users. 
  • A hands-on and persistent approach to solve all customer issues in the shortest possible time is required. 
  • Ensuring highest Customer Satisfaction through appropriate handling of Customer Complaints & Suggestions and resolving customer support queries via call or in-person meeting. 
  • Guiding & supporting clients for better utilization of services offered by the organization. 
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. 
  • Coordinate with Business Development, Project Development and Project Delivery Teams to identify and deliver program objectives. 
  • Appropriate internal communication with Tech Dept, Sales, Marketing & the Management for query/ bug resolution 


  • Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil + MBA  
  • Problem solving attitude 
  • Good in English and Hindi communication (written and spoken) 
  • Knowledge & understanding in Real Estate/Construction Domain would be added value 

Minimum Experience Required – 1.5 years  

Salary: No bar for the right candidates
